ARCHITECTUAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
"shall review and approve on any Lot, all plats, plans, drawings and building specifications to include (but not limited to) houses, fences, sheds, outbuildings, deckings and room additions."
- Article IX, Restated Bylaws, Tabb Lakes Homes Association
Just want to acquaint or remind you of the things that go on with the Architectual Review Committee (ARC). We check your submitted request for approval when you change or add to your existing property. You don't have to be professional with your rendition but it is important to give us an idea about the layout and materials and colors you're using whether it be with a contractor or a do-it-yourself project.
First and foremost make certain that you've gone through the governing powers of York County for approval. Sometimes the County restrictions are more rigid than ours and we all need to keep things on the up and up.
Everyone on the committee has forms on hand. It usually takes three to four days to return your signed form and when there is a delay, we will try to touch base with you to let you know the status of your request.
The ARC application request form may be downloaded here.
